In videowork "Stereo" I criticize a kind of relationship between women which employs sexism and inequality of rights often condemned by the women themselves. The relationship between women is as difficult as traditional relationship between a woman and a man. I attempt to show a boundary states of this relationship and attract attention of a viewer to this problem through her own empathy, emotion, voyeurism and disgust.
The special white, sterile space symbolizes the conditional character of the events, the podium is an artificially created situation, which causes difficulty for performers. The character of their movements is ambivalent just as that of their relationships: a transition from friendship, petting and love to violence, rivalry and enmity.
